Permission to Be™ was created for a very specific woman in mind. If any of the below describe you, you’re in the right place.
You’re a woman exploring, embracing or reconnecting with Islam.
You struggle with feelings of guilt and inadequacy when it comes to truly embedding your faith in your life.
You have questions or doubts that you’ve kept to yourself, for fear of being met with shame or judgement.
You feel a spiritual emptiness - you’re no longer fully connected to the rituals of the faith.
You’ve lost a sense of identity and you’re not sure how to show up in the world as a confident Muslimah.
There are parts of yourself you’re hiding - from others around you and even yourself.
You’re longing to feel a spiritual wholeness: to make Islam a foundational, consistent part of your life whilst still feeling like your true, authentic self.
You’re never on this journey alone. Throughout the programme, you’ll have direct email support from Hannah, whether through the portal or your inbox. Share your questions, reflections, and breakthroughs as they come up, and know that support is just a message away.
In just 6 weeks, Hannah will help you reconnect with yourself and become the Muslim woman you know you can be.
We’ll take a look at your core values and how they show up in your life. Perhaps some of them are no longer relevant. Maybe there are areas of tension between them and how you’re living your life.
We’ll also ask – who’s the real you, and are you showing up in the world with authenticity? Are you hiding aspects of yourself, or people-pleasing?
Let’s discover who you really are.
Align Your Spirituality
How do you view spirituality? Is it about strict rituals and worship? Or is it broader than that? Are you living your own version of spirituality or someone else’s?
We’ll explore spirituality in all its definitions and put you in touch not only with your spiritual self but all the spiritual connections around you.
Through this, you’ll grow a deep connection to your Creator – appreciating Him with every thought, act and interaction.
Define the Muslimah You Want To Be
Now you’ve discovered who you really are and aligned with your spirituality, let’s define the Muslimah you want to be and give her Permission to Be.
From clothing and style rituals and aspirations, we’ll create the template for you to move forward in your life – to walk in the World as a confident and content Muslimah.
No more overwhelm, no more guilt. Just a deep soul connection with yourself and Islam.

I embraced Islam in 2009. Although Islam changed my life for the better, it brought about a whole host of challenges and questions.
Who really was I? How could I fit Islam into my life? Were there aspects of myself I’d have to give up, and why didn’t I ever feel ‘good enough’?
It took me a long time to pull myself out of the ‘all or nothing’ trap and to find balance in the way I implement Islam in my life – to reclaim my identity and give myself permission to be.
Now, I’m on a mission to help women experiencing the same struggles I’ve faced. Through my signature programme, coaching and resources, I support Muslim women to reconnect with Islam and live a life that is aligned with who they truly are.
